Studs at Pieper Red Angus & Quarter Horses

Pieper Red Angus and Quarter Horses has been raising American Quarter Horses for over 40 years. At first, the goal was to just raise a few colts for us to use on the ranch. But after riding what we were raising, we realized we had something special.

We expanded our broodmare herd and bought more stallions to bring in some of the most popular bloodlines available: Metallic Cat, Shining Spark, A Smooth Guy, Playgun, WR This Cats Smart, Rockin W. These bloodlines are at the heart of our program.

We strive to raise versatile horses with lots of cow sense. It’s been amazing staying in contact with people that have taken our colts to every avenue imaginable. We appreciate our repeat buyers and welcome new ones to come look at our offerings sold in our production sale every fall.
